What is Hyperhidrosis?
Hyperhidrosis is categorised as abnormal excessive sweating in the extremities of the body.
This not usually linked to heat or partaking in exercise.
Primary Hyperhidrosis is caused by faulty nerve signals that trigger sweat glands to become overactive.
Secondary Hyperhidrosis can be because of underlaying medical conditions such as diabetes, some cancers and nervous system disorder or medications such as pain relievers or hormonal medications.
Complications
Infections such as Tinea Pedis (a fungal infection of the skin) caused from an environment with increased moisture.

Wear natural fibre socks like Bamboo which are moisture wicking, such as OS1st socks.
Use a blister stick to help prevent blisters.
Change socks daily and wash regularly.
Rotate shoes as to not wear the same ones all of the time.
Use an anti fungal solution when washing socks, if a fungal infection is present.
