Dry needling is now available at all of our clinics & can be used as a treatment modality for a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Dry needling involves the insertion of acupuncture needles into "trigger points" within the muscle that can release muscle tightness, influencing pain and function. It also promote healing by increasing blood flow to "hard to reach areas". Dry needling can assist in a range of conditions including:

• Plantar fasciitis/heel pain

• Muscle tightness of lower limb

• Muscle imbalance of lower limb
